Superchips Custom Tuning
Precision Autosports utilizes SCT Tuning software, which is quickly becoming an industry standard. When it comes to tuning late-model Fords, it's hard to beat SCT's 30 years of combined tuning experience. One aspect that sets them apart from other tuners is that SCT offers a certification program that Jeff Wightman, owner of Precision Autosports, has succesfully completed, which should give you peace of mind knowing your vehicle is in knowledgeable hands. Staying ahead of the curve is important in any industry, which is why Jeff is continually learning innovative ways to safely maximize horsepower via the SCT software.

Precision Autosports (PAS) was founded in the fall of 2005 by Jeff Wightman. From day one, we have made the pursuit of horsepower our passion. Each vehicle is different, and we treat it as such. Utilizing a Dynojet and SCT tuning software, we are able to safely maximize HP on your late model Ford, while maintaining reliability. Since our inception, we have dynotuned many of the areas meanest street machines with amazing results.
Since childhood, Jeff Wightman has been a diehard gearhead. Like most individuals in this industry, a mere hobby has become a career. What makes Jeff standout from the rest is his maticulous nature. Jeff's attention to detail was utilized while working as a certified journeyman toolmaker at a manufacturing facility that created one-off assembly and test-systems for companies such as Ford, Chrysler, and Honda.
Before making the move to his own business, Jeff transitioned into a mechanical engineering role designing the aforementioned test-systems and assemblies. The skills acquired at his previous career directly extend to his current one, in terms of applying the engineering processes and methods to his customer's rides. Over the years, Jeff has become accustomed to turning a wrench, especially on his own pride and joy— a 1993 Mustang Cobra. Jeff has transformed the rare snake into a real force to be reckoned with.
